As Jin Kwon has Rightly Said , "One piece of log creates a small fire, adequate to warm you up, add just a few more pieces to blast an immense bonfire, large enough to warm up your entire circle of friends; needless to say that individuality counts but team work dynamites"

We Invite The Students of VMPIM , CMS , MBA Retail , MBA Pharma to be the part of Organising Team for upcoming Inter college management fest- January 2009."

Following are the details about various committees which will work together to make the event successful. Please Go through it and Register your self for the appropriate commitee.



General Management Committees :

* Mike and stage team
Team members are required to handle each and every minute activities related to the stage and sound system that will be required to conduct all the events simultaneously; arrange the props for the participants; arrange tables, chairs and podium whenever required; etc


* Catering team
Team will be responsible for managing the food service for all the students and participants; judges and all the people who are directly or indirectly related to the event


* Transportation team
The team will be looking after the transportation facility that we will be providing to the judges, chief guests and participants.


* Decoration Team
This team will be solely responsible for decorating the entire college during the event days; ensuring proper layout of the event venues; deciding where to put the banners; where to put the stalls; where to put the sponsors banners; what would be the layout of the stalls and kiosks; etc


* Content and design
The team will be responsible for designing the content and vocabulary for the posters, the website of the event and the brochures and information booklets.


* Media and Promotion
The team members will be responsible for promoting the event on a larger scale, by using various sources like Internet, mobile, etc. People having their goodwill and contacts with the media people would be entertained to be a part of this team...


* Sponsorship
They will be required to work in the fields rigorously in order to get sponsorships, prizes, certificates, trophies, gift hampers, etc. People having their goodwill and contacts with the Media and Corporates would be entertained to be a part of this team


* Invitation and communication
The team will play a very essential role of communicating about the event with the participants of various colleges across India

* Case study
* Ad Mad show
* Stock Market Game
* HR Game
* Management poster making
* Debate
* Face painting
* Bollywood quiz
* My gang rocks
* Rangoli
* Solo Talent
* Table tennis


• There will be separate committee for each game.
• Team members of each committee are required to form the rules and regulations of the game, and to conduct the event completely right from the planning stage till the final execution on the day of event.
• Each and every minute detail regarding the execution of the particular game will be taken care by the members of the respective committees.
